Melancholy Hyperbole

Melancholy Hyperbole

Long ago, I stared inert at a ringing phone. Now, a lifetime later, the awesome editors at Melancholy Hyperbole have published my poem, ‘omaha,’ under their current theme ‘unfortunately, I can’t love you.’ Yikes. You are invited to experience the ache here.

I also encourage you to read the other poems featured on this site; the aesthetic is sharp and unifying and genuine, and the way it’s all put together is refreshingly uncomplicated.
